With more than 18 years of lecturing experience, Laricia lectures at various private education providers in the country and has presented event management workshops and seminars internationally. She is a regular facilitator/trainer on programmes presented by Virtuose Ltd based in Quatre Bornes and part of Odysseus Public Relations, Mauritius and approved by the Mauritian Qualifications Authority (MQA).
